DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING SERVICES
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spa service. At the time of reservation, our team will request a valid credit card for payment processing. If you prefer, you may choose to store your card securely on file in our encrypted system for convenient use with future appointments.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
We require the courtesy of 24-hour notice of cancellation on all spa services.
Appointments canceled without adequate 24-hour notice will be subject to a full rate charge for the scheduled services.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
All missed appointments (no-call/no-show) are subject to a missed appointment fee. The fee is 50% of the scheduled service cost for the first infraction and 100% of the scheduled service cost for any additional infractions.
